I would like to upload the original sound I used for the throat as well but the file can't be imported into premiere and I don't have audition at home. The name is 27756__daveincamas__20061214windstorm and can be found on freesound.org!

Audition Exercise
I kept forgetting to make screenshots of me working with audition, so here is one showing that I have been paying attention in Matt's lessons! It's a multitrack file with 3 different noises that play at the same time (which have already been altered individually in the wave form) and by dropping down "read" and selecting volumes in envelopes, it allowed me to alter the volume of the specific sound while the other two were unaffected.

"Children Leaving Home" Image 2
"The Glass Worm" Image 3
Soundscape: Pink Wars, Picture 1
This is the video of sounds mixed together that will make the picture come to life!
These are the altered sounds with explanation!
And these are the original sounds before they went into Audition, I have used mostly sounds that were around the house.

Ideas for my soundscape project
I have written down an idea for each picture so that I can actually tell a story and also work easier with the sounds, because now I know what happens when.
Bubbly, splashing and sharp string noises open this picture, there is a fight between the intruder and the environment which have opposing characteristics. Both struggle, rising and subsiding until the environment finally wins and the sharp string noise disappears completely.
The sound starts at the picture, it's very crackly and hollow and light, enter an additional swirly and more fluid sound as the stringy bits separate themselves from the strawy ones, the stringy bits could be like teenagers that want to explore the world without their rigid and stiff parents and they slip away under their parents dried up old noses, we follow the children until there is no crackling sound left and then they fade out too.
This sound is a slow water sound that is continuously happening, enter glass blown water worm, organic, who swims past looking for his prey for lunch. He has a distinctive swirly sound that splashes the water and he sniffs loudly to find food. He moves quite slow and probably blind, he might live at the bottom of the ocean in the deep sea.
